Our Programs

We have two programs that we swear by. They are designed to get results, we can recommend them because we to do them and live by them. If you want real results, are willing to put the effort in, then with our program we will guide you towards your results so long as we are the right fit for you.

There is a pre-qualifying process for our two programs. Our programs are not for everyone and we are specialists meaning that we won’t BS you, if our programs can’t help you then we won’t recommend them to you.

There are too many ‘experts’ out there hurting the industry and in turn hurting people and destroying their results all so that they can make a dollar at your expense. Inspired Lifestyle is not that kind of experience. We can only work with the people in our specialty area and our program is not one size fits all.

So we ask that you get in touch if you like the sound of our programs which we will lay out below. At that point we will go through a pre-qualifying checklist with you either in person or over the phone to see if and how we can help you.

Inspired EnduranceInspired Strength
A beginners program that introduces you to weight lifting safely teaching you proper form. Both programs run for 3 months. Inspired Strength is built to be your training guide for as long as you want it to be. People stay on it because it works. Make no mistakes about this though, it is hard work. These programs are for those committed to their results and to those who want real change.

Inspired Endurance is designed to introduce you to weight lifting whilst Inspired Strength builds on Inspired Endurance or those who are looking for a new challenge. You will work hard in either program, neither are ‘easy’, we can’t stress that enough.

Our Programs range from $147-$247 depending on what you need from us, that is it. It is a one of payment that includes the weekly check ins, emails and one session with your coach per fortnight. In the beginning there may be more sessions depending on where you are at with your form. At the $247 price 4 sessions are included in the first month. We work with you to determine what will be best for you. And if you want extra sessions that they can be arranged as well at a discounted rate to what a single session would normally cost.

Our programs are designed to get results and we want you to enjoy what you do and look forward to your time at the gym or wherever you workout.

The work will be hard, but once you start seeing the results your effort is rewarded. There is no better feeling than achieving your goals in fitness.
